Okay the post title is a little exagerated. But I have been looking forward to seeing the coldstone theme from elegantthemes.com for a while now, and it just doesnt seem to release!  So here is my preview of what the theme might look like. This is just a wild guess, the theme will probably not even look close to this. I was just bored on photoshop…so yeah. Try to enjoy it since the actual theme will probably come out sometime next week.

My Desktop Wallpaper Creation With Photoshop
I live in the Midwest so snow is something we have every freaking year. Since it was snowing today I was stuck at home hella bored, so I decided to create my own desktop wallpaper with photoshop. And that’s exactly what i did. The image below is my wallpaper I created click on it to see it in full size. Let me know what you think. It took me 15 minutes to create it. I was mainly using the gradient tool and custom brush tool. The wristroom logo was created using the quick mask method for the mirror effect. You are welcome to use this wallpaper if you like. Football Shaped Dr.Pepper Bottle
So I was at the local grocery store and what i found was a football shaped bottle of Dr.Pepper for only 50 cents! Bad economy my ass!

I have a couple blogs on the web. And the amount of spam I get on them is CRAZY! On one of my sites I have over 9000 comments awaiting moderation and all of them are SPAM and NOT actual comments from legit site visitors. Here is screen shot.

It is unbelievable, there is so much spam it would take me a long ass time to delete them all. Wordpress only allows me to delete about 20 at a time!

Another site that has a lot of spam is my Croatian soccer news site. I haven’t updated it in a long time. But last time I checked one article had over 3000 comments. When I checked them out they were all SPAM  about pharmaceuticals.

I blame myself for all the spam on my blogs. So here is some advice! Delete spam every time you see one. And please make sure you have the askimet plugin activated! If I had, I would of never had this problem.

What Im trying to do is create my own wordpress theme. I know what a wordpress theme consists of. header.php, footer.php…etc But what if I was creating my own wordpress theme from scratch! Where would I start? What I usually do is take existing themes and just modify them beyond recognition from its original creator but that is getting old.

Lets say I wanted to create my own layout! Perhaps a 4 column theme? How do I write that layout code, is there a site that has those codes pre-written? And how does css recognize php files like header.php when all the css is just scattered on one page?  In other words how do I write css that customizes each php file separately from scratch? Am I supposed to go to school and learn all of these skills. Or is there a simpler way? If you are reading this by any chance, PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INSIGHTS!

Usually when you are reading a blog article you are hoping to be helped! Not here my friend, Im the one that needs help. And any help would be much appreciated!

Yes ladies and Gentlemen this is wristroom.com headquarters! Impressed??? lol The pc screen is pretty old but its only a temporary because my old sleek sexy HD flat screen broke. SO yea i wasn’t lying when I said I needed a technological upgrade at my house.

So I didnt even start my blog yet and I already made a mistake on my site! If you look at the image above or my sponsors on the sidebar you can see I have an ad about “Medical Alert Jewelry”! How would I possibly generate commission on “Medical Alert Jewelry” when my blog is about Art, Photography and web design? The answer is I wouldn’t! Don’t waste you time like me and stop putting irellevant ads on your site.

If your site is about photography you have a better chance of selling a $300 camera on it then generating one sale from a  freaking Medical Alert Jewelery ad!

My point is, make sure your site or blog has relevant ads! You will increase your money making by a BIG percent!

For now I will leave my “Medical Alert Jewelry” ad on my site because I’m too lazy replace it. Oh yeah, don’t EVER be too lazy to replace you irrelevant ads, EVER!! You will never run a successful blog!
